I would determine KPIs in cooperation with the team. In my opinion, the KPIs should be concise and include 4 or 5 item for each organization such as manufacturing, HR and finance. On the other hand, I would follow-up the results quarterly. Beside, I want my team to build a link between personnel KPIs and company’s KPIs.
